Bahubali is the most expensive film in India till date which has roots in the ancient Hindu culture and mythology but isn’t based on a real story. The first part of the movie that got released in 2015 was a big hit and its sequel that released recently crossed 100 crore in just one day. Everyone is loving the art but looks like few people are not satisfied with it.

Indian journalist Shekhar Gupta in his tweet had criticized the movie by saying-“Most awful film portrayal of tribal in #Bahubali. Dark, scar-faced, ugly rapist brutes with rotting black teeth. Shameful profiling.”
Further he added-“Sorry, film critics, but #Bahubali is Tarzan meets Tin-tin in Chandamama Toy land meets gorgeous Tamannah. Tamannah, we’re not complain about.”

Is it becoming quite fashionable to scandalize the movies, its plot and its characters that are somewhat based on Hindu mythology or history? Looks like haters have to criticize anything connected to Hinduism. A certain section of media and journalists like Shekhar Gupta feel ashamed of what they are and from what background or culture they belong and also they try to imply their thoughts upon others as well.

After his tweets, people slammed him and other such section of media brutally. See the reactions on the next page.
